You’d think they’ll be a little bit more courteous to their customers. The worst customer services after Spending a total of $ 3300 on quartz counter tops 4slabs, glass backsplash, kitchen sink, kitchen faucet and 36in vent hood. I was informed that someone would be with me in a few minutes :(. There were at least 7 people behind the desk and more on the floor. The customers service was terrible, the store was not busy when I was shopping, when I had a question or wanted to look at something I had to go up to the front desk to ask for help. I had to go back into the store and return the back-splashes. I wish I was informed that the back splashes were not the size of the actual vanity at the time I was asked if I would like to purchase. They explained all the back splashes are 8ft, they told me I could just cut them to size. The sales person also asked if I would like to purchase the back splash that matched the vanity granite tops that I had selected, I said sure, when the backslashes were brought outside to load on my truck I thought they were the incorrect back splashes. They would not give the vanity to me for the price it was clearly marked at, and would not even consider discounting it. 00 more than what it was marked at, when i brought this to their attention I was told that the price on the vanity was not correct. I wish I would of just driven the extra miles to Emeryville I purchased two bathroom vanities today at the Pittsburg location. I decided to try the Pittsburg store because it was an outlet and the location was a little bit closer. I would highly recommend the Emeryville store.
